My book’s been live on NetGalley since July 7. So far 83 people have been approved to download it and 18 of those haven’t downloaded it yet. As far as I can tell, about 1/5 of the final number of approved readers will actually review it on NetGalley, but others will rate and review it on other sites like Goodreads, their own book blog, or Amazon.
That said, the first two reviews are in, and they are wonderful.

My heart went walking for the characters in this book as well. Heartwarming, heartbreaking, sad, funny, joyful, emotional, I could continue but will suggest you read it for yourself. Is Sally Hanan the next Maeve Binchy? I think she could be.

What a privilege to be given the chance to read this book. It was beautifully written. I was even glad that it ended on a positive note. I couldn’t have handled [SPOILER]! Was sad to reach the end! Bravo Sally Hanan.
